HARAMI beach in PAXI

Harami Beach Paxi: Harami beach is located in Lakka, a traditional fishing town built around the harbor on the northernmost tip of Paxi island.

The harbor is built in the centre of a large circular cove, which accommodates two small pebble beaches, Kanoni and Harami. They can be reached by following the path to the left of the harbor. Harami, the second beach along the path, is a popular destination for swimming in the clear blue and calm waters of the bay.

The bautiful azur color, the clarity of its waters and the trees are its main advantages. However it has peebles that many visitors dislike.

There are sunbeds on the pebble beach which is covered at the back by cypress and olive tree groves typical of the Paxi coastline. A little into the water, the shallow waters become soft-sand floored making it enjoyable to play in. A traditional tavern sits at the back of the beach serving snacks, pastries and drinks. You can enjoy waterskiing here while pedaloes and floats can be rented. The area has a nice view of Lakka harbor and the yachts and boats sailing in. The bay with a small inlet from the sea is popular as a safe and beautiful place to moor the yachts. There is also a lighthouse west of the bay.
