Dragons first. The famous bay of La Napoule is ready to welcome the 34th edition of the Régates Royales-Trophée Panerai. Tomorrow, Monday, some fifty Dragons will set in motion the week long regatta while a hundred classic yachts to start the "big party" organised by the Yacht Club de Cannes.
